We use Organic Milk Chocolate made in California by Guittard. Guittard works directly with small-scale growers and is licensed by FairTradeUSA and a member of the World Cocoa Foundation, a non-profit organization providing sustainability training for cacao growers as well as literacy and leadership training for children of cacao-growing families.
